The Association of Defense Communities (ADC) is excited to offer a unique opportunity for community leaders new to ADC. This scholarship will allow community leaders who have never attended an ADC event to experience Installation Innovation Forum 2026 (IIF26) with the support of our long‑standing partner, Sourcewell. Thanks to their generous commitment, eligible participants can receive financial assistance to help offset registration and travel expenses—removing barriers and opening doors for rising leaders across the defense community.
