Community Member Group Registration

To receive this discounted rate, your group must contain at least three (3+) people. Each individual must be part of an ADC Community Member organization in good standing. For more information about membership, checking your membership status, or if you group has more than ten (10+) people, please email info@defensecommunities.org.

Once ADC has received this form and the group rate has been approved, ADC will register each attendee listed above. Those attendees will then receive an email that states their pending payment due.
