Despite renewed emphasis on existing authorities and private/public partnerships opportunities, ambitious solutions continue to face the realities of government bureaucracy. This panel will explore key DoD issues requiring innovative solutions, the ability of defense communities and industry to provide support, and what needs to be done (and by who) to speed up solution deployment
