This session presents a novel, AI-powered approach to cost estimation designed to support Basis of Estimate (BoE) development for installation projects. The AI system analyzes fragmented planning data, automatically detects gaps and inconsistencies, and generates draft BoE narratives. This automation accelerates documentation, enhances data fidelity, and reduces manual work-load. Attendees will gain insights into the implementation of this AI-driven PoC and its implications for improving operational planning and execution at the installation level.
